The service
BeatMeThere is provided by Cre84ever Media LLC. It is a privacy-first utility for finding and supporting trusted professionals at their place of work. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for actions taken under your account. You choose your discoverability and the visibility of every check-in you create.
Acceptable use
Use BeatMeThere to find and support professionals, not to harass, stalk, or track anyone. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, misrepresent who you are, or use the app for unlawful purposes. You may block and report other users; we may suspend or remove accounts that put other people or the service at risk, with notice where practicable.
Check-ins and location
Check-ins are intentional and foreground-only. You control the location and visibility of each one, and check-ins expire automatically. You are responsible for the check-ins you create and for who you allow to see you.
Links you share
You may create invitation links to your own profile and share them however you like. Each one expires after seven days, you may keep at most five active at a time and create at most twenty a day, and you may revoke any of them immediately. Anyone holding a link can forward it or screenshot it; revoking stops future access but cannot recall what has already been seen.
A professional public page exists only while you have professional discovery switched on, and is removed globally when you switch it off, delete your account, or when a moderation decision requires it. It is public by design and does not identify who views it, so blocking an account does not remove that account’s ability to see it.
Venue pages show public information about a place. Nobody except an authorized representative of a claimed venue, or our own moderation, may manage a venue’s public addresses.
Tips and payments
Tips are processed by Stripe and flow to the recipient's own Stripe account. BeatMeThere charges a platform fee of 5% per tip, capped at $2. Tips are voluntary and, once sent and captured, are generally not refundable through the app; payment disputes are handled under Stripe's terms. To receive tips, a professional must complete Stripe's payout onboarding, and payouts are subject to Stripe's requirements.
Your content
You own the profile details, photos, messages, and recommendations you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display them to the users you allow. Recommendations are positive-only. You are responsible for content you post and must have the right to share it.
Availability and support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@cre84ever.com.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is." BeatMeThere helps people find each other; it does not vet, employ, or endorse the professionals on it, and any interaction or transaction between users is between those users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre84ever Media LLC's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy; tip and payment records are retained for the counterparty and for compliance.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions: support@cre84ever.com.
